Aha, thanks -- I'm an American who lived in Moscow for a year ('93-'94) and was served kotleti by friends there. So I knew the word u00d0u00bau00d0u00beu00d1u0082u00d0u00bbu00d0u00b5u00d1u0082u00d1u008b, but the word I didn't know was "rissoles"! (I would call 'em "patties" or "breaded meatballs," I suppose)

Get some proper translation software or ask an actual Russian-speaker.
